I want to apply for charity gifting, how do I do it?

What language do the Qurans come in?
All Qurans are in Arabic and the Tafseer sections are all in Indonesian, we aim to bring out the English Tafseer and English translations at a later date In’ shā’ Allāh.
How do you stock your colours or why not all colours?
All our stock is limited edition and we aim to stock as much as we can. We try to cater to obtain as many colours as possible so if you have a particular colour email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to get it in stock for you.
Why do you have certain colours out of stock so quickly?
All our stock is very limited and fast moving and because it is ‘first come first served’ basis the most popular colours will always sell very fast so best to grab it whilst you can.
Do you allow preserving or pre-ordering?
Unfortunately we do not as we can guarantee we will still have your colour and size when it comes to purchasing due to stock constantly selling and moving.
Do you have a shop or retail outlet?
We are currently an online retail only: maybe in the future we can open a shop In’ shā’ Allāh (if God wills).
Is there a minimum or maximum order I can make?
No not at all! Order as little or as many as you like, but please note large order may be subject to an increase on delivery charge due to weight and destination. For further details or information contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will my details or payment details be stored?
Your details are solely used to process through your order and that is all, nothing is stored thereafter
How do I pay or order?
You can pay and order through the website by selecting your desired items and then processing it through to the checkout.
I haven’t received my order yet, what do I do?
Please follow the time guidelines for all deliveries, if you still have not received the order contact us at email@example.com and the team will look into this for you.
I have received the wrong order, what happens now?
We take great care and control checks to ensure the right item in the best quality is sent out to you. If by error you have received the wrong order please email us and we will look into it as soon as possible for you.
The item is not what I expected; do you accept returns?
Yes we do accept returns within a 14 day policy, just email the team and will be register through a refund once we receive the item and you will be refunded.
What is your return policy?
We offer refunds within a 14 working day time period from the purchase date, unfortunately we are unable to exchange items due to fast and limited stocking. We do not offer pre-paid postage for returns nor we do refund postage. If you have any questions about our return policy email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the tracking number for my order? Or how do I find it?
Once your detail is dispatched you will be emailed your tracking number. If for any reason you have not been emailed this you can get in touch and we will forward it out to you again.
